01 · The problem
The world’s largest urban park needs irrigation at a scale that would otherwise draw on Riyadh’s drinking water supply. The water had to come from reuse, which means treatment and irrigation are one system, not two projects.
02 · Why one vendor wasn’t enough
A treatment plant, a reuse network and the planting it feeds are normally three procurements. Every interface between them is a place where the process design and the irrigation demand can drift apart — and the client owns the gap.
03 · What integration bought
Treatment capacity, reuse volume and the operating regime were designed as a single balance and are operated by the company that designed them, so the park’s demand and the plant’s output stay matched season to season.
